Give it a try…

Restart.  Everything needs to reboot every now and then. This will fix a surprising number of issues.

Ask Google or Search YouTube.  You'd be surprise how many people have the same problem as you and shared the solution they found.  Search Google or YouTube by simply stating in plain English the problem you are having. Technology is designed to be resilient, you can't mess it up too bad.  Experiment with the problem, see if you can figure it out. You know more about technology than you think you do!

Students

If you are having problems with your device or have technology related question:

  • Ask your teachers, they may be able to help you. If not they know where to find help. They also need to know if your classwork is being affected.

  • The Media Center handles all of our student devices. They will be able to help you or point you in the right direction.


Staff
